My best friend’s smoothie business made the Dayton Daily News yesterday.. Wooo hooo! (See below)
It seems there was no White House briefing today, so that’s exciting. I should take a break from social media - some days I feel like if I see one more stupid meme I’m going to pull my hair out.
There’s also the constant posting of articles about all matters related to COVID-19 from nefarious news sources featuring alleged “experts” no one has ever heard of. Social media can be such a good thing for staying in touch, seeing photos of my friends kids….but for anything news related it feels like such a disaster. If I see something posted from some news website I’ve never heard of, I try not to click on it. The only possible exceptions being if a Journalist friend has posted, as I know they are cautious.
I’m finding it hard to concentrate on writing or the news as I’m pretty damn stressed about my job search. I know something will pan out eventually, but like everyone else, didn’t see a pandemic looming on the horizon. I’ll keep hustling and hope for the best.

I could use something fun to look forward to. I think we all could.
