So plans to reopen America are underway. Per Trump, when to reopen the states is up to their Governors. He has issued guidelines for a three-step approach, but said at a recent press conference that he’ll intervene if he feels states aren’t doing so appropriately.
The Governors are starting to propose dates to re-open, but some of their Mayors are disagreeing with the timelines. In Myrtle Beach, SC, the Governor returned the authority for areas such as beaches to the local jurisdictions. So that Mayor has decided to keep the beaches closed despite the state guidelines. So…..every town and city for itself?
The Mayor of Atlanta disagrees with the Governor’s decision to reopen and says it was never discussed with the Mayors of the largest cities.

Gave one to Neighbor Paul who LOVED it, which was very good for my ego. When one is unemployed AND stuck at home, any warm fuzzy is nice. I still have some “naked” cupcakes, so may make another batch of icing tonight and give a few to my neighbors.
